Forward, don't forget: the earth, ‘the great nourisher’! The Brecht Days '26 – co-curated by Alexander Karschnia – revolve around Brecht's ‘green revolution’. Based on his writings on agriculture, technology and society, films, discussions, lectures, talks and readings draw parallels with the present day: the climate crisis, industrial food production and new eco-socialist perspectives.

For “Wir Krisendarsteller*innen: Lookalike in anger!” we are looking for voices for a crisis choir that will appear for a brief moment on the screen at HAU 1 – Hebbel am Ufer. Take part: sing a cappella to the provided music, film yourself vertically with your smartphone, and send us your video by 26 January 2026.
