Young people with practical experience in doing nothing, qualified in leisure & pastime were searched for and found by the andcompany&Co. Together they walk backwards to near – or forward to far – just like the Hannover citizen Kurt ‘Merz’ Schwitters read the name of his city: from right to the left (re von nah). Together they climbed the highest mountain of Hannover (a mountain made of garbage) to spread their finding: things which are not useful for anything, but which you still don’t want to throw away. Sounds were sampled, music made. As musical as well as visual remix this material was put on a merz-stage of its own right, turned around and rewind: “At the end of the play I can do everything what a normal person can do and a little bit more…” And in the middle a man is standing who doesn’t move!
